NIPB chair Doug Garrett said: “I am delighted to confirm the appointment of Clare Duffield as the new assistant chief officer for people and organisational development.

“Supporting the chief constable, deputy chief constable and chief operating officer role in the delivery of policing, Clare will play a key role as a member of the PSNI Service Executive Team. As a Board, we look forward to working with her in the time ahead.”
