Four detained over attempted double officer murder
Four people have been arrested by detectives investigating an attempted bomb attack on a police officer and his wife.

Four people have been arrested by detectives investigating an attempted bomb attack on a police officer and his wife. The device was left under the officerÂ’s car at his home near Eglinton, Londonderry, in June 2015. His wife is also a serving Police Service of Northern Ireland officer. Three men, aged 29, 38 and 46, and a 32-year-old woman were detained on Thursday (October 26) at addresses in Belfast, Derry and Pomeroy. They have all since been released unconditionally.
