The Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Strategic Alliance are seeking applications for promotion to Chief Inspector from substantive Inspectors.
To be successful you need to have proven operational and leadership skills as well as an ability to deliver outstanding performance for the communities we serve, in line with our priorities. You should also demonstrate, through an up to date PDR, a high level of competence at your current rank. All applicants will be selected on an equal basis that determines their suitability for the post.
To apply, please complete the attached application form evidencing against the National Role Profile in 2 key accountability areas of a Chief Inspector. These areas are Building Partnerships and Managing Resources, you have 500 words per area.
External candidates and BCH candidates seeking promotion to a different force are also asked to provide a 250-word account of why they are choosing to apply for their selected force.
The closing date for completed applications is Sunday 31st October at midday.
