Chesford Grange, Kenilworth
As we move confidently from a local to national ANPR capability, the focus of this year’s National ANPR Conference will be on the development and optimisation of our use of ANPR to deliver against our most complex, challenging and emerging crime types.
The conference will focus on four serious crime areas. We will investigate through case studies presentations, workshops and interactive plenary sessions the use of ANPR in combating Counter Terrorism, People Trafficking and Modern Slavery, County Lines, Safeguarding and Child Sexual Exploitation.
We will share with delegates the good practice in ANPR use already happening across the UK and internationally, identifying future opportunities for the use of ANPR to enable greater collaboration and enhance our use of this specialist capability.
Speakers have been specifically selected to stimulate and challenge thinking. They will provide delegates with a cutting edge view of the way in which ANPR is, and could be, deployed to disrupt, deter and detect criminal activity, bring offenders to justice and safeguard the vulnerable.
There will also be an opportunity for delegates to see the new NAS application demonstrated, to speak to the NAS programme team and explore the operational and transformational benefits as cross border working with a true national data collection is enabled.
