Chief Constable Iain Spittal is looking for two Assistant Chief Constables to work with him and the Chief Officer Team, to lead a dedicated and public service committed workforce to 2020 and beyond.

As an ACC you will work closely with private sector partners and undertake a leading role in shaping and defining the organisation into the future. You are invited to attend an Open Day at Cleveland Police Headquarters on Tuesday 28th March 2017 at which the Chief Constable will explain his ambition for the organisation and you will have the opportunity to meet with senior leaders.

Applications should be submitted to reach Cleveland Police by Friday 31st March 2017. Shortlisting will occur on Tuesday 4th April 2017 with the interview process taking place on Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th April 2017. The process will consist of a presentation to a stakeholder panel (topic to be notified in advance) and an interview before a panel chaired by the Chief Constable.
