  • Eligibility
    Applications are welcomed from individuals who have successfully completed the Senior Police National Assessment Centre and the Strategic Command Course.

    The recruitment process will consist of: paper sift, interview and presentation, followed by pre-employment checks. Applicants who successfully pass paper sift will be invited to attend a familiarisation day at Northamptonshire Police’s Force Headquarters on 20th April 2017. The process
    will test individuals against the Force’s values and the College of Policing Competency and Values Framework for policing (CVF).

    Prior to interview, each shortlisted candidate will be required to complete an online occupational personality questionnaire and participate in a short telephone interview with an Occupational Psychologist.
